The Final Score Gift Shop
Students will be given time to visit the gift shop if requested by the teacher. Requests must be made at the time the trip is scheduled. Only 10 students, with a chaperone, are allowed at a time in order to better serve you. Goody bags are available upon request at the time of scheduling. They cost only $1.00 each and include a key chain, bracelet, and pencil.
Chaperones/Student Conduct
One chaperone for every 10 students is required. For students grades K-2, we recommend one chaperone for every 8 students. The required chaperones are free. Additional chaperones will pay the same rate as the students. Chaperones are responsible for the behavior of the group and must remain with the group at all times. The museum reserves the right to terminate the visit of any group or individual, without reimbursement, that is inadequately supervised or fails to act responsibly.
Cancellations
If it becomes necessary to cancel your visit, please call at least one week in advance, or the total cost of the visit will be due. This policy applies to Healthy Life Grant recipients, also.
Late Arrivals
Please allow enough time to arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your visit. If your group is more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee the scheduled program or tour.
